As an Account Executive at our digital agency, your role will be to support the Account Managers and other senior staff in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that all client requirements are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Support: Serve as a secondary contact for clients, assisting in the handling of their needs and expectations.
- Project Management Support: Help coordinate project tasks between all departments involved, ensuring timely delivery of all components of campaigns.
- Campaign Execution and Monitoring: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, monitoring progress and performance, and making adjustments as necessary.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports to be reviewed by senior management and clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and maintaining client files.
- Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to support campaign strategies and pitches to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative and technical teams to ensure that client needs are communicated and met.
Requirement
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Cultural Studies, or related field with a strong understanding of youth culture and social issues.
- Experience: Experience in digital marketing, particularly with campaigns targeted at younger audiences or in social impact marketing. Experience in an agency setting is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques with a strong grasp of social media trends and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to interact effectively with a younger demographic.
- Creative thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture and work on grassroots level marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with tools necessary for graphic design, content management, and data analysis.
