1. Marketing Platforms and Software Mastery: The program features hands-on training and an introduction to essential marketing platforms and software, including Google AdWords and SEMRush. Students will learn how to navigate, utilize, and execute basic marketing campaigns, and will engage in data analysis exercises to interpret and extract insights. Bi-weekly assessments and hands-on practice will be used to track progress.
2. Business Development and Market Research: Introduction to business development and project meetings, including opportunities to shadow current employees. Training in research techniques and methodologies for market and industry research. Collaborative exercises focused on analyzing client information and presenting findings. During the first quarter, students will be assigned to at least 5 client projects.
3. Result-Oriented Marketing Strategy Development: This course introduces students to marketing strategy fundamentals, including setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and conducting market research. Through case studies and group discussions, students evaluate marketing strategies and adapt them to different scenarios. Students also gain hands-on experience in developing marketing plans based on realistic scenarios.
4. Implementation and Management of Digital Marketing Strategies: provides an in-depth exploration of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Students will gain hands-on experience in implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns using predefined marketing technologies and channels. Additionally, they will learn performance tracking and optimization exercises to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Bi-weekly assessments and hands-on practice will be provided to monitor progress.
5. Creative Project Management and Video Production: introduces creative project management principles and best practices. Students will collaborate with creative teams to develop and manage marketing materials, including copywriting and visual content. Additionally, video production workshops will cover talent acquisition, scriptwriting, filming, and video editing principles. Students will be assigned to contribute to no less than 5 client projects during/by the end of quarter 2.
6. Soft Skills Development and Mentorship: Mentors will be allocated to provide personalized guidance and support through regular mentorship sessions. These sessions will focus on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and personal growth. Students will engage in cross-functional team projects to enhance collaboration and adaptability skills. Additionally, they will take up project management tasks with Global 500 corporations as well as clients in Allua’s Singapore and Taiwan branch.
7. Understanding and Exploring AI in Marketing: introduction to AI technologies and their applications in marketing, with a focus on the benefits they provide. Students will attend at least 3 industry events featuring guest speakers and industry experts who will share insights on AI-driven marketing solutions and tools. Additionally, there will be hands-on workshops and exercises that explore AI-powered chatbots, personalized content generation, and predictive analytics.
8. Data Analysis and AI-driven Insights: provides advanced training on data analysis techniques that utilize AI-driven tools and algorithms. Students will engage in practical exercises focused on extracting and interpreting meaningful insights from large datasets, and they will apply AI-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve targeting strategies. By the end of quarter 3, candidates will participate in hands-on workshop training with at least 3 sets of client data assigned to them.
9. Ethical Considerations and Responsible AI Implementation: explores the ethical implications of AI technologies in marketing, including privacy concerns and bias mitigation. There will be discussions on responsible AI implementation to ensure fairness and transparency. Case study walkthroughs and discussions will focus on maintaining human oversight and accountability when integrating AI technologies into marketing strategies.
Requirement

● Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
● Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Chinese
● Passionate about the AI industry; experience with AI-driven MarTech is a plus.
● Experience in web development, filming/animation, in-house agency internships, or overseas
work/study experience is advantageous
