As a Social Media Specialist focused on Pro Bono and Gen Z marketing, you will be at the forefront of developing impactful social media campaigns that resonate with younger audiences and support non-profit or social causes. This role combines creative content creation, strategic planning, and community engagement to foster brand loyalty and drive social change.
Key responsibilities include:
- *Strategy Development*: Design and implement social media strategies tailored to engage Gen Z audiences and highlight pro bono initiatives effectively.
- *Content Creation*: Craft compelling, culturally relevant content that speaks to Gen Z values such as authenticity, creativity, and social responsibility.
- *Community Management*: Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers in meaningful conversations and managing collaborations with influencers who resonate with Gen Z.
- *Impact Measurement*: Utilize social media analytics tools to track campaign performance and measure the impact of pro bono initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
- *Trend Monitoring*: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital behaviors of Gen Z to keep content and engagement strategies fresh and relevant.
Requirement
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, or related field.
- Experience: Experience in social media management, with a demonstrated ability to engage younger audiences and/or manage social impact campaigns.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the preferences and digital consumption habits of Gen Z.
- Proficient in using major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, with a knack for visual communication.
- Skilled in social media analytics and data interpretation.
