During this training program, students will establish a strong grasp of fundamental design concepts, including typography, color theory, and composition. They will receive extensive training on key Adobe software applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign through hands-on exercises, enabling them to craft visually compelling designs. Additionally, the program will provide an overview of engaging visual content creation and the film production process, highlighting the roles and logistics involved in the creative industry.
The training emphasizes advanced capabilities in the Adobe Creative Suite, featuring in-depth exploration of advanced features and techniques. This includes leveraging Adobe After Effects to produce motion graphics and special effects. Students will also delve into AI-driven tools and platforms, which play a crucial role in optimizing design processes, generating dynamic content, and analyzing data for actionable insights. The use of AI software specific to digital content design will facilitate collaboration with the in-house creative team, integrating design principles and AI techniques into their work.
During the third quarter, students will be immersed in sophisticated animation techniques using tools like Adobe Animate and Toon Boom Harmony. They will acquire skills in crafting captivating animations for digital marketing campaigns, focusing on creating impactful visual content that resonates with target audiences.
Furthermore, students will receive in-depth training in post-production processes for video, mastering video editing skills using industry-leading software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. This training will cover techniques for enhancing video footage, applying special effects, and refining visual narratives to engage audiences more effectively.
Students will also explore the integration of Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI) and motion graphics to enhance the visual appeal of digital content. Practical projects will be designed to incorporate these elements, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. In addition to these technical skills, students will learn how to harness their design expertise for diverse marketing applications, such as creating dynamic facade projections, interactive displays, and engaging social media campaigns. The curriculum will also focus on professional development, providing guidance on resume enhancement, portfolio development, and interviewing techniques. Moreover, students will receive insights into opportunities for freelancing and entrepreneurship within the creative industry.
Students will have numerous opportunities to apply and integrate the skills and knowledge they acquire. In quarters one through three, students will engage in comprehensive practices and applications, culminating in presentations that highlight their progress and how they have applied their learning. By quarter four, students will conclude their internship with a final project, allowing them to showcase the comprehensive skills and knowledge they have gained throughout the year. This final project provides an engaging way for students to demonstrate their mastery of marketing concepts and their ability to apply these skills in practical contexts.
Requirement
We are seeking talented individuals who have a degree in a relevant field such as design or advertising. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software is essential. Preference is given to those with experience in 3D animation, film production, or video editing.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate genuine interest and enthusiasm for AI technologies and their applications across marketing strategies, media production, and animation development. This may include involvement in AI-related projects, coursework, freelancing, or independent research that showcases their dedication to this area. It is also important to show a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and developments. This could be achieved through participation in online courses, attending conferences, or engaging with relevant workshops.
Applicants should have a portfolio or showreel that highlights their ability to conceptualize and execute innovative multimedia projects or applications of AI in projects. Examples of video production, animation, interactive media, or other relevant digital content are encouraged. Experience in marketing and/or film production is highly preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to create engaging visual stories and work across different media.
