Administrative Support: Handle routine and essential tasks like organizing files, maintaining marketing databases, and managing communications to facilitate smooth operations.
Market Research: Design and conduct market research initiatives, gather data, and analyze marketing surveys to identify trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities.
Online Marketing Analytics: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or other platforms to collect and analyze performance data from web pages and social media accounts to inform strategy.
Report Management: Prepare and present comprehensive reports with actionable insights, tailored to ad-hoc requests, or structured as weekly and monthly summaries.
Promotional Activities: Develop creative and engaging promotional presentations, and coordinate events, from planning logistics to overseeing execution.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and manage the publication of compelling content tailored to the company or client’s branding for websites and social media platforms.
Marketing Literature: Create marketing collateral, including professional brochures, newsletters, and press releases, with an emphasis on the client’s or company’s objectives and voice.
Customer Relations: Actively foster and sustain meaningful relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty through personalized interactions.
Requirement
Expertise in MS Office Suite and specialized marketing software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
Comprehensive knowledge of advanced marketing principles, with the ability to apply them strategically.
Strong multitasking capabilities, coupled with the ability to adhere to tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.
