The role involves managing client accounts on different advertising platform, addressing inquiries from corporate clients and agencies, and monitoring account details such as service orders and payment statuses. Additionally, it includes supporting sales efforts by customizing campaign pitches, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Ad-hoc tasks may also be assigned as needed.
Requirement
Candidates should possess a Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant business discipline, with a passion for proficiency in SEM and data-driven marketing. Good interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential, along with a solid command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
