As a Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Actively participating in all training sessions and workshops, and attain internal and external certifications.
- Proactively seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team, agencies and partners to support planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns to achieve common goals
- Perform day-to-day ad-trafficking tasks, including ad tags with creative assets and tracking pixels, provide tagging advice and assist on troubleshooting.
- Execute performance campaigns on major biddable platforms (e.g. Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and any self-service platforms) across all GroupM agencies
- Analyze campaign performance data and identify trends and insights. Provide actionable suggestions to improve optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations
- Position self as trusted advisor to clients and GroupM agencies, demonstrating the ability to provide recommendations and POVs to clients from an implementation and buying perspective
- Negotiate rates, terms, and placement with various media vendors (e.g. TV, print, outdoor, radio, digital and etc) to secure optimal value and reach
- Purchase advertising spaces, monitor and optimize the performance of the campaign based on pre-aligned metrics
- Foster strong relationships with external media partners and agency partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation and buying as well as to facilitate negotiations on behalf of clients
- Work with high-profile local and global brand clients and contribute to the creation of client presentations and reports.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in oral and written communications.

- Appreciation for numbers, Digital world and data with the ability to interpret and translate the findings into successful media campaigns.
- Adaptable to constant changes, as the media business is ever evolving.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients and different stakeholders. Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
