Job Description

Description

  • During the initial phase of the program, emphasis is placed on refining students’ communication skills within business environments. This is critical for effective client management and career advancement. Students will learn to build strong relationships with both domestic and international client accounts. They will also develop proficiency in collaborating with various departments and service providers to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Another major focus area is strategic project planning. Students will acquire the skills necessary to define project scope and create comprehensive plans that align with specific business objectives, budget limitations, and timeline requirements. Additionally, they will be introduced to a diverse array of marketing and online tools, both local and international. Key platforms to be explored include WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook Ad Platforms, and Google Community, all aimed at optimizing campaign impact and effectively targeting desired audiences.
  • Students will be introduced to the basics of ChatGPT and its applications in marketing. They will explore suitable AI tools and prompts crafting for content ideation, audience research, and SEO optimization. Students will collaborate with creative teams to develop and manage marketing materials and gain valuable skills in social media management, web design, SEO optimization, and analytics management, as well as the opportunity to engage in long-term projects and create a portfolio of their work. This will involve engaging in tasks such as copywriting and creating visual content. Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to participate in video production workshops, where they will gain insights into talent acquisition, scriptwriting, filming, and video editing principles. This hands-on experience will enable students to develop a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and technologies, equipping them for future career success.
  • Students will continue to benefit from expert guidance and support, engaging in practical learning activities and real-world case studies to enhance their grasp of client relations and project execution. Moreover, students will have access to industry events organized by prominent tech companies like Google and Meta, providing exposure to cutting-edge strategies and technologies. These events offer valuable networking opportunities, allowing students to form lasting connections with professionals in the field and expand their industry reach.
  • There will be a comprehensive focus on the development and management of advanced digital marketing strategies. Students will delve deeper into using ChatGPT and AI tools for content creation and strategic analysis. They will learn to generate compelling ad copy, write engaging product descriptions, and utilize predictive analytics for decision-making. By integrating ChatGPT into their workflow, students will create personalized customer surveys, analyze customer feedback, and improve marketing materials with AI-driven insights.
  • Students will gain hands-on experience across various digital platforms, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. They will also engage in performance tracking and optimization, with regular evaluations to assess progress. By contributing to ongoing client projects, students will apply creative project management skills in a practical environment, fostering a deeper understanding of real-world application.
  • During the third quarter, students will have the opportunity to delve into the strategic integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within marketing. Students will explore how to fully integrate ChatGPT into various business processes. They will design custom chatbots for customer support, learn to use voice-controlled features for team collaboration, and analyze large datasets to inform strategic decisions. They will be introduced to the applications and benefits of AI in marketing, along with the chance to attend industry events featuring esteemed speakers and experts who will provide insights into AI-driven marketing strategies and tools. Hands-on workshops will enable students to explore AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, personalized content creation, and predictive analytics. By integrating AI technologies into real-world client projects, students will practice analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights, enhancing their understanding of AI’s role in client projects.
  • Students will focus on applying their knowledge in real-world scenarios. They will develop comprehensive marketing projects that incorporate AI-driven tools for customer engagement and market research. By integrating ChatGPT into existing workflows, they will enhance internal processes and create optimized marketing campaigns that leverage AI for better resultsStudents will be given a platform to showcase their academic development and demonstrate how they have applied the knowledge acquired during the initial three quarters of the program. This presentation will allow students to articulate their learning journey, highlight key insights, and discuss the practical implementation of theoretical concepts covered in the program.

Ideal candidates possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, enabling them to work independently and take ownership of projects. Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Chinese languages is highly valued. Previous experience in web development, videography/animation, in-house agency internships, or international work/study experiences are desirable.
