- Managing, optimising, and growing multiple social media channels, through best-in-class content marketing using organic and paid media
- Supporting the delivery of paid social campaigns to deliver on marketing KPIs
- Supporting the development of influencer marketing campaigns with a clear framework on creator discovery, creator briefing, creator outreach, creator management and creator reporting
- Ensuring creative consistency by ensuring copywriter’s tone of voice and designer’s creative representations are aligned with the client’s brand guidelines
- Using social listening, social analytics and website analytics tools to deliver on client success indicators and provide relevant recommendations to improve performance
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative content ideas
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and platform updates to make relevant recommendations to clients
Requirement
- Have a broad understanding of digital marketing, including Social, SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Website
- Have a real passion for social media marketing and influencer marketing
- Good team player who can communicate coherently with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to think creatively and work with creative teams to produce engaging content
- Able to meet tight deadlines and be responsible for multiple tasks at the same time
- Experience working with any of the following social media channels would be an advantage: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter. WeChat, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Telegram.
